Since 1999 I have been preparing the publication of a hoard of 323 bronze coins of the Gallic usurper Postumus in the Römisch-Germanisches Museum, Cologne. The hoard contributes significantly to our understanding of this complicated coin series, but a detailed die study of its contents is necessary. I am also preparing an article on 25 unpublished coins of Postumus in the collection of the American numismatic society. This smaller work should be ready for submission within six months.
